    Challenging Environment for Fresh Graduates

    The challengesUnclear Job Scope: Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined in the department. Tasks are assigned without proper explanation, leaving new hired unsure of what is actually expected. Daily Meetings: Meetings are held daily , but instead of focusing on solutions and improvements, the atmosphere often turns into blaming sessions which creates pressure rather than growth. Lack of Transparency: Seniors tend to keep information to themselves. Updates are not openly shared, and new hired are scolded for not knowing the latest changes. I hope the management and HR team can take constructive feedback seriously and implement proper improvements instead of removing reviews. Honest feedback should be viewed as an opportunity to strengthen the organization and enhance employee experience.

    The good thingsFriendly Environment, able to work together happily. Able to project and launch your thought. Management provide good training on start up troubleshooting. Able to micro manage issues.
    The challengesFriendly Environment, grey area in job scope/department separation. Lack of efficiency proof after project launching. Complicated diagram but lack of follow up. Unable to overview overall situation for Engineer level.

    The good thingsPunctuality and communication. People here are so kind and good in communication.
    The challengesU have to be good with the people here and learn to ask anything that u didnt know or understand. U also have to be punctual in anything especially when there is task to be finished.
