good place to learn and gain experience in ATE industry
The good thingsflexible working time. having personal bonus and incentive if company is making money. superior that willing to guide and teach.
The challengesincrement and bonus are almost the same for everyone, even if you are not performing. benefits and perks are pretty bad as management is not willing to spend on employees. (cut cost)

The good thingsFriendly working environment and supportive colleague. Good opportunities for those who wanted to gain and improve skills and knowledge especially in technical field because of working in here more towards hands-on. Most of people has the opportunities to operate the machine and learning new things every day.
The challengesLack of important equipment for some job, and need to borrow from senior. Not have proper guideline and job instruction, also not have proper planning.
