    The challengesStressful to work with demanding & emotional superior, with low tolerance level towards mistakes and stress the team to the max when having meetings or discussions. Gentle reminder, human makes mistakes & not perfect. Mistakes are acceptable as long as it is not repeatable.

    Worst place to work if you're looking for a place to improve your working experiences.
    The good thingsGood medical benefit, good parking facility, with internal clinic.
    The challenges-unable to improve anything from current process even if its lack of perfection (reason: MNC not easy to change things) -more than 50% all manual recording, hard to verify recording even just few days old. -Mostly More than 20 years machine, refurbished type where always limited improvement; new machines not allowed for studying purposes. -Production not care about quality, process not responsible to control production, quality team only to make up things for customer and submit complain report to customer. -Follow culture of always work long hours for good reputation.

    Not recommend to work in Finance department as the boss requirement are crazy high!

    The good thingsThe HOD will allow you to perform at your best ability. The top management would always look for ideas and inputs from the floors for ideas and projects for improvement. Annual Employee Improvement Team and annual dinner would be arranged to reward and appreciate to employees' contribution.
    The challengesThere were some \"antique\" employees whom has long working history are more pessimistic and like to critics on the management that weaken the positive spirit. Need to stay focus on what you need to achieve not to be influenced as the best effort to combat their negativity. Nonetheless, the technology still quite far behind from current market place. This could be a threat or an opportunity as well.
