    Excellent Company to Start and Grow Your Career
    The good thingsA lot of opportunity to learn large scaled enterprise level solution implementation experiences in large organization. This kind of exposure helps to improve a person maturity and wisdom in handling complex issues that can't be learned in university and training. There is very little office politics as management team is very hands-on and always on the ground to coach & guide their colleagues to resolve issues and thus is able to provide fair performance evaluation for their team members.

    The good thingsHave a chance to know the enterprise products, and participating with the client to implement the enterprise solutions during project.
    The challengesMostly will not be handle interesting and challenging things first, you will be assign to various project without knowing deep the project or products. The company will assign you to the project based on the shortage, rather than assign the project that match you skills or experience first.

    The good thingsGood working environment, seniors, colleagues, and the company. The work is challenging but in a good way and more technologies can be learned. The management is amazing and very invested in your learning and development and progress in the company. Lots of benefits can be earned.
