Stressful Working Culture
The good thingsChance of learning China's side full set of account and their way to perform tasks and reporting.
The challengesHardly to handle 2 sets of account (one is follow China style for management review, another set is Malaysia for local audit purpose). The stressful part is only one staff for the whole big company finance/account team and you need to handle too much tasks and language translation. Yearly salary increment is unfair and required to work during holiday without OT claim.

The challengesDifficulty to communicate with china colleagues. We only can say yes to china culture, china pattern of work. No freedom, stressful, and no work life balance.
