    NEVER A BORING DAY AT WORK!
    The good thingsalthough working here as a service crew for a time span of six months, I do manage to not only remember what my main job scope is about. Also learned a bit on the POS system for the first time while working here, recognizing different types of recipes and the ability to multitask my work! Plus, the cakes were really good honestly...
    The challengeswould really say the condition at work were slightly tough, with my former manager being a really strict yet caring with the welfare of each workers. Handling a big number of customers while being short-handed of staffs were also one of the challenges, low of supplies at certain peak hours too happened a few times but it happens! More customers, more juices and smoothies!

    The challengesRequirement for Boosties are not very high. Therefore, it is quite difficult to have a good Full Timer for a long duration on working.

    The good thingsThe fact that every single day you will face a different type of customers may build up your confidence and you can practice your language skills.
    The challengesPeople may want to ask you to do bad things. Try not to involve yourself with negative things. Always think ahead. Think of what you wanna do in future. Have faith in yourself even people say that you are so not suitable to work with their circle.

    The good thingsThe challenge let us learn more and there also flexibility for workers in terms of time management for as long as the worker are able to deliver the work product in the time frame provided. Employer knows their worker and they are understanding on workers personal life especially parents in a condition that it will not put their work in jeopardy.
    The challengesSince its a growing company, the benefit are limited and somehow not equivalent to the workload that employer have to bear. Bonuses and token are rarely been given and seldom show any motivations for the worker to continue to strive better.

    The good thingsAlways need to improve in order to excel. I learn a lot and I change a lot while working here, positively of course. Flexible hours, great teammates, helpful colleagues and delicious smoothies and juices to drink each shift.

    The challengesRules that have been set must strictly adhere to, as not all members pay attention to those rules. Members must well trained to face the long queue of customers so that we do not make the customers wait.

    The good things1. cool, chill and relax - managers to focus on customer satisfaction & to do whatever is necessary (such as replacing drinks for free). minimal paperwork. 2. Simple and \"stress-free\", good for those who wishes to go down to F&B operations as a main career. 3. Good work-life balance.. 8hours - 40minutes break (7.3hours work) for all crew.
    The challenges1. Does not provide challenge to \"advance\" or new experience to those seeking a career in F&B 2. No CAP programme available for those seeking salary increment.

    The good thingsIt is a small company, so as a fresh graduate you are exposed to many areas which normal big firms wouldn't expose to.
    The challengesThe problem with small firms is that in the end the job get's too overwhelming, by the end of the day you find that your job scope has widen from admin work to IT technician.
