    productivity
The good thingsWorkforce motivation directly impacts the productivity of a company. If employees are lacking in motivation, chances are they are not doing their jobs effectively and, as such, the company is suffering. It is important to find ways to motivate your employees and this can be a challenge simply because everyone has different motivating factors.
The challengesWhenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof, there is bound to be friction from time to time. Teams working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare-ups of tempers and other issues. While in theory it is possible for everyone to get along, it rarely happens.

    Big Challenges is everything.
The good thingsTrust were always given to you during project handling. Great platform for learing with the employers will always there to provide ideas on overcome certain problems in certain way which I could not find the solution. That creates idea on how to resolve any issue, sometimes the amicable way considering the human factors handling contractors or communication with client.
The challengesI'm fully responsible when it comes to discussion making on the project. Ideas maybe given by my reporting manager but solely left to myself make the key decision which may involve time and commercial prescriptive. Cost saving is ultimate goal in this company. Hence, you may have to multitask to keep work in progress until completion.

Not so great, nothing to brag, not to recommended.
The good thingsColleagues with same challenges and same problems, so we could support each other.
The challengesManagement should address the challenges and put ideas into action rather than burden the staff with work overload. Example : requested a compactor for filing never been granted (it seems the request is more than 5 years already), we were asked to utilized the floor, emergency exits & stairs for project documentations which is very high risk in terms of HSE.
