    Great experience
    The good thingsThe great working environment & colleagues are very helpful & nice. The Manager give freedom to make decision making & very flexible working hour. Freedom of speech & you are welcome to give inputs & idea. The Management actually listens to you. Food from Canteen Lady also delicious, especially the sambal. Do try!
    The challengesSince you are welcome to give input & idea, you also must able to implement the idea given. Hence, you have to meet The Management expectation. Which is good where you can challenge yourself to be better but at the same time, you may have little time to focus on your major job. Hence, time management is very important.

    The challengesSometimes there will be a last minute travel arrangement and i have been notified at the very last minute which turn out i have to work more than 12 hours straight but usually it is an emergency from the company so i take it as a part of challenges in my work area
