    The challengesManagement micro-manages the staff in the office. The employees are exclusive to their own cronies and are uncooperative with new joiners. No proper training for new joiners as they expect you to be able to pick up after giving a 2 hours training, or handing over the desktop procedure.

    The good things- Very nice co-workers and supervisor. - Not too tight working environment as long as your jobs done. - Very nice manager. - No 'outsiders'. - Very minimum accident occurrence. - Will have the experience co-working with professional foreigners.
    The challenges- Have to leave your comfort zone. - Have to build higher self-confidence. - Will be very busy at some time. - Should not wait to be supervised rather than ask to be supervised. - Some office related work may made you sleepy.
