My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. I would never recommend anyone to join this organization. It was truly a nightmare.
The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly and helpful during those time when I was working
The challengesPoor Management & Lack of Coordination: The management team is disorganized and lacks effective communication. There’s minimal leadership or support provided to staff. No Staff Welfare or Appreciation: Employee welfare is clearly not a priority. Hard work and dedication are rarely, if ever, recognized or appreciated. Toxic Work Culture: If you're not favored by management, you may be subject to subtle but intentional pressure to resign, including exclusion or behind-the-scenes tactics meant to make your work life difficult. Inadequate Medical Benefits: The company offers only RM20.00 per month for medical fees, which is far from sufficient given today’s healthcare costs. Unreasonable Lunch Break Policy: Lunch breaks are split into 3–4 different sessions, seemingly to prevent staff from socializing or “gossiping.” This negatively impacts team bonding and morale.

    Appreciate and Professionalism
The good thingsOfficemates are bery helpful. If we need a favour or help they will try to help only if we ask.
The challengesThe office environment is very stressful and compact , just like a store room. The business is more to family business. The husband(boss) and Wife(Head of every department) argue at the office most of the time and the volume is so loud. Mileage is not provided, therefore you habe to bear the petrol cost by yourselve. They care more about quantity of report rather than quality.
