    This job is destructive to your body and mental health. Run away as fast as you can
    The good thingsYou can get job easily in future since VS is reputable in Johor Malaysia. Some employers in other company do recognize VS.
    The challengesWorst company structure. -Departments like to push jobs to others -Grey area in some departments jobscope, you have to approach many key person to get job done -Complicated process flow. Small task but have many documentation flows. Culture -Many rules and regulations -Old Staff already sticked to they usual way of doing things. New method will make the old staff having big reaction and angry. -Some people speaks in very impolite way. Salary - Lower salary than other similar job in the market.

    A place for you to just do your job as per JD and get the paycheck. That's it.
    The good things1. In house ATM, 2. Good salary package 3. Sincere colleagues (well, just few of it)
    The challenges1. Very old school product management system & communication system which affect daily interaction & productivity 2. Terrible of freedom to be creative, flexible work arrangements, space to express ideas and lack of freedom from micromanagement 3. No encouragement for professional development plan from company 4. Long working hours 5. Too many management-level personnel in each department which affect task execution & problem solving efficiency 6. Terrible work life balance culture, stressful & negative-vibe workplace. No proactive initiatives from HR department to improve the working environment

    The challengesBig listed company but salary is lower than other MNC (bcz working hour is long 8.20-6.00 ). Your incentive will get deducted if you apply MC (hr should tell applicants about this during interview instead of applicants find out itself after join the company)
