    Be a good politican if you wanna excel, that's all it takes.

    The challengesYou have to deal with head of company playing unnecessary politics. Management team doesn't help to mitigate as well and prefer to listen to the head only.

    The good thingsworking here is good, especially with colleagues. they are very friendly and willing to teach you new things. less politic (i heard from my senior) and very good environment to work with. further more, parking is free.
