Please refrain yourselves from interviewing for this company especially for operators. This company is famous for high turn over rate. No bonus ever even get good results.
The good thingsGood colleagues. Good previous boss.
The challengesBad management. Change leader several times but results still the same because HQ still controls everything, the new leader become yes man everytime. Change OT/benefits without informing operators. Bad & slow decision from HQ. Always urgent but don't care after getting the bad results.

The good thingsI love my job. Job scope as QC Engineer quite challenges but this make me strong and capable to handle problem wisely. I love Malaysia Pioneer Technology Sdn Bhd. I recommend this company to you especially for every fresh graduate that want to start in career in private sector.
The challengesI think every company have their strong and weaknesses. For me work as a team to solve problem better than in individual solving. Need more develop in team mate issue.

    Quality department
The good thingsA company that you can get balance between working and life. You may enjoy in different kind of activities to close up the relationship between colleagues besides from concentrate in working only. As one of Japenese companies, most of top managements are Japenase. You have the opportunity to learn either the technical skills or non-technical skills from them directly.
The challengesAs Japenese company, the salary and benefits given are less attrative compare to the US/ Europe companies. And when you deal with Japenase , you may face some obstacles as they use to their native language - nihongo, or their english slang may difficult to understand too. Also, Every single work needs to have well planning ( master plan, milestone...) in order to achieve its target.

    Good experience and enhance knowledge
The good thingsOppurtunity to develop career and exposed to real manufacturing start from design stage until mass production. Got a chance to travel oversea to improve the management skills throughout new model lifespan besides improve our communication skills. Good working environment for both fresh graduates and experiences employer. All the employer pursued to give any idea to improve workmanship and passrate
The challengesLearnt to be matured in working style. Improve ability to manage all level of worker. But the most challenging experience including represent a team representative from various department for Japan judgement. Ability to negotiate for some difficult problem and how to solve the problem using 7QC tools. All these can make valueable for those working in manufacturing industry.
