Typical architectural consultant life? Always need to work overtime without pay
The good thingsIf you are a fresh graduate, you can learn almost anything. But the decision is still made by the boss. Got bonuses and a company trip.
The challengesNo work-life balance, always need to work overtime without pay. The boss often makes last-minute changes, and you only get a meal allowance if you stay until 9 PM.

    Definitely do not recommend
The good thingsFast pace projects. But uninspiring and unprofessional environment is especially not good for young architects. It gives a wrong impression of an architecture practice.
The challengesThey didn't pay me properly but I had no grounds I argue. I would've asked for a proper employment contract in the first place. Or quit sooner than when I did!
