Good for career growth and enhance experience
The good thingsLearn many things as you need to work independent, good exposure in accounts / finance, have birthday leave, team building, free lunch (3x per month)
The challengesLack supportive from ur direct superior. Need to work independently, if u make mistakes, they will put a blame on you instead of try to help / suggest you to solve the issue. Hard to apply leave eventho u applied earlier. More to individualisms than work in team. Quite stressful and need to stayback to finish ur task eventho u had manage ur time well. No one will hear ur suggestions

A company you wish you hadn't joined
The good things1. Free parking. 2. Affordable lunch packed 3. Free vegetarian lunch
The challenges1. Poor management 2. Poor human resource department with poor SOP especially during pandemic, locked down and positive cases in the office. (it's an essential business so have risk your life to come to office and work cause they don't trust working from home). 3. Poor position ranking and poor benefit for lower position especially fresh grads and junior position. (don't have to consider about higher position, it's a family business) 4. Poor leadership from leaders and head of departments. Basically all departments lead by the family members. 5. Poor training provided 6. Everything is a mess with no proper procedure, everyone has piles of tasks on hand. 7. Long working hours 8. Not full PH enjoyed 9. Super high turn over rate 10. They can really talk the talk but can't work the work.

Better company treats but stressful working culture
The good thingsCompany lunch treat, friendly colleague, and better salary offer. Other than that nothing much here.
The challengesThe company likes to stick to traditional working culture and employees hardly propose new ideas to management as a blue-collar staff in this company.

    Management incompetency
The good thingsGood perks offered and birthday treats during your birthday month. Salary wise but hope the management can be more generous towards new ideas.
The challengesStressful, hardly to have a good work-life balance. New tasks keep coming in even though the pending task has not been completed.

“Some things cannot be taught; they must be experienced. You never learn the most valuable lessons in life until you go through your own journey.” ― Roy T. Bennett
The good thingsMy superior has given me so much knowledge and education which for me, as an ex internship student, it was one of the greatest experience that have helped me to understand and to be prepared on what its like to be working in a real working environment.
The challengesThe company could improve on focusing more on collectivism rather than individualism. Though individualism is good for themselves, but I recommend the company to be working more in a collectivism culture because it could strengthen the relationship between employee's and more thinking leads to a better results.

    Great for Fresher
The good thingsThis place is great for those who want to start a career. We have about one-week training and the staffs here are friendly as I can ask things that I don't know. The work environment and facilities are good for productivity and give benefits to the employee.
The challengesTime management is important to ensure all tasks given are done before the deadline. The manager always says that, don't look at the priority, but settle out the easiest one first.
