    The good thingsYou get to walk to the ground and learn different kind of things and be independent by your own. They're willing to guide you and of course you have to be smart to know what to ask and what to answer and from there you can improve. The directors right here really loves reading so it's a good things that we can follow to read too.
    The challengesSometimes, when there are too many things to handle, you tend to miss something. So have to jot down every single things and follow up. No plan will succeed if we just do without any proper planning.

    The good thingsEverything is normal, normal working people around you, normal 9 to 6 working hours.
    The challengesManagement need improvements. I mean all managements. Too much politics and it's a spreading virus, find and get rid of the virus and the company and environment is safe and healthy to work in.

    The good thingsThe team (Management, HOD and other depts) are really friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe Company practice work-life balance from 9am till 6pm work, so we have to clear our work before 6pm. It is good but sometimes if we can't finish on time, then we have to continue the next day.

    The good thingsAn excellent company to work with. The employer is fantastic. Always has ample of work in the office. Kept me busy and fully occupied with appointments, job sites, deliveries, customer complains, site problems and other works. Kept me occupied all day long. Was exciting working here since the employer was always enthusiastic on the move and never gave me the opportunity to say \" I'm bored \". If the company has a vacancy, I would certainly be happy to rejoin the company.
    The challengesEveryday was a challenge since it confronts me with new opportunities and customers with different requirements and needs. The expectations of the employers from his employees are high. Such as;- punctuality, consistency, speed, gratitude, promptness, sincerity and faithfulness. Plus 100% trust worthiness. My great challenges were dealing with bad pay master, faulty customers, undisciplined freelance worker. Nonetheless, the employer was always calm and very well guided me how to deal with such situations.
