    The job was advertised as automation, but management assigned unrelated tasks such as IT work, admin duties, ISO documentation, and other non-relevant responsibilities.

    The challengesVery traditional company with outdated working style, old IT infrastructure, and overall poor facilities. No allowances, no insurance coverage, and only the bare minimum public holidays.

    Good for fresh graduates
    The good thingsIt is great for fresh graduates to step in automation job. This company designs, fabricates and assemble automation machines. You can learn a lot here, from designs, PLC, CNC fabrications, etc. Good working environment, you are able to interact with other department staff.
    The challengesWork and life balance is poor as you have to meet deadline, often work into late evening for several months.
