    Good for older peoplePositive Good if youre okay with monotonous routine. Same thing everyday. Negative Working 6 days a week, with AL 12 days as HR included Penang and KL PH in minimum 14 days AL. Need to work closely with foreign workers that barely literate and have attitude. Bonus based on performance. No fixed annual increment. Difficult to apply AL.
