    Glam outside but crazy inside
The good thingsYou get to see the full process on creating a jewellery from an idea to life. Since you will have to multitask, you will get to learn a lot of things willing or unwillingly.
The challengesMicromanagement is a real thing in this place. If you are not willing to help out your fellow colleagues or take in more tasks because of short manpower then you're the outlier. They expect you to do more and still paid the same. Increment was a joke and don't even talk about bonus.

Overall, my experience at Wanderlust + Co. has been enriching and fulfilling.
The good things1. Work Environment: One of the biggest advantages of working at Wanderlust + Co. is the fantastic work environment. Colleagues are fun to work with, despite coming from different backgrounds and races. 2. Growth Opportunities: The company provides ample opportunities for both career and personal growth. 3. Open Communication: I appreciate how open the team is and how willing they are to hear different opinions.
The challengesThe fast-paced nature of the work environment requires individuals to adapt quickly and learn at a fast pace

Suitable workplace to learn and grow
The good thingsColleagues from all departments are very friendly, helpful and open on communication. There is always someone you can look for to ask for opinion or guidance in the Company. The growing environment provides a very good exposure in learning new knowledge and opportunity to develop your skills further. The management also shows appreciation and acknowledges the staff for their job well done. Overall a Company driven to strive for a positive culture.
The challengesThe company's industry requires very proactive behavior instead of reactive because of the competitive nature of the industry which can lead to challenging your capabilities.

    Nightmarish place to be
The good thingsProviding a competitive and attractive salary package to attract top professionals by offering generous compensation. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the high pay comes with significant drawbacks.
The challengesThe lack of effective leadership and transparency creates a highly politicized environment where personal interests often take precedence over teamwork and collaboration. This toxic atmosphere can be detrimental to employee morale, hindering productivity and stifling growth and innovation. While the allure of a high salary may initially attract individuals to the company, it's important to weigh the potential financial benefits against the negative impact of poor management and a toxic workplace environment.

    Good and positive vibe
The good thingsA newbie here, with Wanderlust for less than 4 months, working as Finance & HR Manager, but it felt like years (in a good way) Great teamwork, where all teamleads are here to support each others and often we have open and honest communication which helps to get things done. Management is approachable, helpful and supportive, often giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts and recommendations, whilst encouraging two-way communication which I appreciate.
The challengesFast paced - often required multi- talking.

    W+Co - Like a big family!
The good thingsHave been working in this company for 3 years and this is my first full-time job after graduating from the university. I am amazed by the transparent culture and high energy atmosphere coupled with ample opportunities which have helped me to grow both professionally and personally. At Wandelust + Co, people are inspiring, motivating and extremely supportive, thoughts and ideas are always welcomed and rewarded, talent and hard work are recognized and appreciated. I have been mentored by great managers and colleagues, who have welcomed and supported me wholly throughout my career journey. I am grateful for the knowledge I've gained while I am here. People often say that the workplace is your second home so I am glad this is my work family.
The challengesLacking of two-way communication - Management should make a regular concerted effort in communicating with all employees through as many mediums as possible.

A great place to begin your career
The good thingsI have been working in this company for almost 3 months and for my first job as a full timer, it’s safe to say that my experience in this working environment did manage to evolve my sense of skills and knowledge with the help of my colleagues and supervisors not only within my department but other departments as well. Contributing as a team player here at wanderlust has been a blast so far mainly because of the positive energy that radiates daily from the team which motivates myself to better the company by utilising my skills and empathising with others.

    Loads of growth and opportunity
The good thingsIt's been 5 months since I've joined the company. Two key things I would like to highlight are the "people" and the "safe working environment" here at Wanderlust+Co. I am fairly new to the e-commerce industry and little to no knowledge about fashion jeweleries, hence the need of extra guidance to catch up. The team members were very patience in guiding and helped me understand the fundamental needs to completing certain tasks on hand and it still and has been a fun journey of learning for me. The working pace here are from Medium to Fast pace. If you're a coffee person they have a Nespresso machine here and you can help yourself to as many coffee as you'd like. The environment here are harmonious and respectful among all departments which are something I truly look out to. If you have the grit and perseverance to hustle, you will really learn a lot from here.
The challengesGot to adapt fast and have the grit and perseverance. Speed and attention to detail here is very much needed.

    Place for you to grow
The good thingsI joint Wanderlust + Co back in Dec 2020 as production manager, and I really enjoy working here. In Production, there always has challenges in my daily work but the support system & team work is just phenomenal. We emphasize team work a lot and we mean it. Work pace can be fast here, you can have lots of fun and really can learn a lot if you can adapt to it. I won't suggest you here if you are not determind and lack of disipline. But if you are eger to grow personally and professionally, WCO is the right place for you.t
The challengesWork pace can be very fast and heavy. Not recommended if you don’t have self discipline.

Good learning curve but hectic life during peak season
The good thingsBeen working here for 3 years and I've able to grow my career here. If you are looking to work and expand your skills in e-commerce industry, this is a good place to be. However you should also be mindful about things might get hectic around peak season, where fast turnaound time might be expected. You will need to be ready for a fast paced environment, and always ready for challenges. The good thing about this company will be the culture and people, where everyone is open for discussion and won't shy away from problems. This place can offer a good exposure for those who is willing to learn and strive to achieve more.
The challengesIf you are looking for a more corporate style workplace, I will not suggest working here as it will not be a good cultural fit. What you expect in the ideal corporate world might not be what you find here.

    Supportive colleagues
The good thingsBeing here for 3 months and I enjoyed the open communication working style already! This is first time I join an e-commence company and everyone is being supportive and willing to share their expertise. The management creates a safe space for everyone to voice out their opinions and open for suggestions to change & growth (professionally and personally). The colleagues are knowledgeable and excel in their tasks.
The challengesCan be hectic and busy sometimes when there’s campaigns, especially during year end.

    Good career growth opportunities
The good thingsI started my journey at Wanderlust + Co as an executive 5 years ago, and am currently a senior manager. The brand has always been a huge support throughout my career here - from recognising each person's individual strengths and honing in on our abilities and skills, to encouraging and taking genuine interest in our career growth. The experiences I've gained here working for a homegrown brand with a global presence is truly priceless, and is a great environment to learn, sharpen your skills and challenge yourself to think and operate creatively with a global mindset. Culture-wise, everyone is really team-oriented, on top of being caring, respectful and supportive of one another. Things do tend to get a little hectic at times, as we are an e-commerce global fashion brand with peak periods, but the team work here is really amazing and am always thankful for the drive, positivity and different skills that each member brings to the team.

A great place to learn and grow
The good thingsI’ve been working at Wanderlust + Co for almost 5 years and have personally really enjoyed the journey. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing but the company truly encourages a growth mindset and is a great environment for learning and expanding your skills. I really appreciate the opportunities that have been given to me throughout my time here and wouldn’t have it any other way! It can be quite fast-paced at times, but if you’re looking to grow professionally in the fashion industry and work at a global e-commerce brand that's based locally in KL – Wanderlust + Co is a great place to be. Furthermore, I love that everyone who works here is supportive, collaborative and are just generally, really nice people – truly a work fam!

    Good working environment and culture
The good things"I've been part of the team for 3 years and this is the longest run I've ever been with any company and I didn't plan to change that. The company never failed to celebrate any type of achievement let it be big or small and that's what keeps the company as a whole, a positive place to work with. The team members are all dependable, kind and will never hesitate to teach and to guide me to improve even in busy times.  The knowledge and skills I've obtained while working here are immeasurable. Ranging from task prioritization, time management, soft skills and even personal growth. There are tough times that are unavoidable in a fast pace e-Commerce company but the positive work culture and vibe make every predicament seamless. Truly grateful for being part of the brand and team and looking forward to the years to come. "

My first full-time job: an exciting journey
The good thingsBeing a part of Wanderlust + Co’s marketing team has been an exciting journey for me. It is my first full time job after graduating from university, and I’ve truly learned a lot. As this is a fast paced e-commerce brand, working here has allowed me to grow professionally and developed my skills in various aspects such as time management, communication, creative thinking and more. I enjoy the creative freedom I get to curate purposeful content for the brand, while implementing data driven decisions. I’m also thankful for the positive work culture here, as well as the work life balance. Overall, I’m grateful for the learning opportunities I get while working here at Wanderlust + Co.
The challengesEven though times can get busy, I’m glad that the team is always there to support each other.

Aesthetically pleasing but stress level is high.
The good thingsGreat learning experience. The small warehouse is where every packaging is done. The office is aesthetically pleasing.
The challengesThe employees aren't very friendly. It's a bit status driven to be honest. If you work in the marketing/warehouse area you will be expected to carry heavy box of jewellery.
