    The good thingsExcellent staff management and training opportunities. Good leaders to turn to when needed. A lot of opportunities for growth. Nice office environment and good mix of colleagues.
    The challengesSmall number of people with personal agenda. This created some uneasiness within the inter departments but no one said anything.
