a suitable place to gain lot and real experience.
The good thingsLot of interesting things you can learn because it is a steam boilers company. You can gain lot of networks and work experience. Lot of people can learn very fast when they join this company.
The challengesYou are doing real jobs. You are accountable for your job. Your senior teach you and you do hands-on right away. They trust your abilities a bit much. No worries, there still will be minimal supervision.

Good Location to Kickstart Career
The good thingsOverall management is very good and they look after employee welfare fairly well. Colleagues are young, friendly and helpful. Workload will be high but this is where the learning process is great as we will be trained to manage our time properly and to be more effective.
The challengesCompany could improve on updating the salary and benefits of employees to current economic situation which will in turn attract more talents to join the company. Also to update HR policy and to be more flexible in working hours as this will attract talents too.

Can receive useful feedback about my performance from my superior. Good Co-workers and superior here.
The challengesEngineer need handle a lot projects in the same times. Most of the times need OT to accomplish work. Engineers have to multitask working. Customize of design work is quite challenges.

The challengesRecurring problems needs to be considered more critically. System not in place to attract & train potential talents, poor career advancement planning
