    The good thingsThe company demonstrates a commendable commitment to enhancing soft skills and providing support to employees at all levels. They actively listen to and accommodate career switches and consistently seek feedback, albeit sometimes challenging to provide constructive input.
    The challengesHowever, meeting project deadlines is hindered by unavoidable interruptions, contingent upon project priorities. Additionally, not all levels of management are equally approachable for discussions.

    Company culture weird, nobody willing to talk
    The good thingsSalary offer is average, can work on time and go back on time.
    The challengesHR very particular, staff is not well treated in the company. Only bosses can sit for long period. No communication. Top management is not understand what is going on, can't get along with the executives. Whenever there are some ideas, will get resistance to execute. Only bosses idea is priority.

    The challengescan't say more or they will mark you and let you go. its a mnc company but with chinaman culture. they only want fair skin to work in the office. friday prayer they deduct salary. management very weak.

    The challengesMedical only for clinic. Chinaman culture among managers. No career advancement. Hard to accept for new changes since they sit there as manager for too long and never had another experience with different industries. Feel stressful to work here since bosses always threatened their staff and not good for mental health. Talk to HR but no function.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, less politics compared to previous company. Good team work and training related to working field is provided and recommended by head of department. A lot of long service and experienced staff here to share their working experience and gain advises. from them.

    Very loyal team
    The good thingsOpportunity to learn in a manufacturing environment distributing to global offices. Annual performance review provides opportunity for bonus and salary increment. A lot of long serving staff here, 20 year service is common with some 30 year service.
    The challengesEveryone seems quite dedicated to their work, they are interested in seeing the company do well.

    Insightful but could be better
    The good thingsSupervisor was very helpful throughout the entire course of my internship. She has done her very best to accommodate our work but unfortunately our draft was denied by the HOD as it is deemed too risky of an investment.
    The challengesOur work required a Microbiology lab to be present. However, the equipment provided was not sufficient and we had to make do with whatever we have. As such, our results, although available, was not very convincing. A better equipped lab would definitely help.
