    Have pro and cons
    The good thingsAble to get a good payment/bonus/increments through a good recommendations. Great HOD may bring you a good rewards. Can pay you more than your expectation especially for the entry level position. The payout/rewards are the best things here. For sure, the HOD of my department is superb enough to recommend the subordinates.
    The challengesNeed a high survival skills. Especially for a freshie, need to be independent in order to survive and obtain a career developmenf here. Must say the path for a career developments are quite tough here. But once you got the steps, its all okay. The toughest part is the commitment to work from home even during off/restday.

    GOOD COMPANY FOR A FRESH GRAD!
    The good thingsable to learn manage a team, and being independent. Great experience, great adventure. Great colleague. Great facilities.
    The challengesNot systematic, and mostly double jobs. Long working hours even working hours 8.30am to 6.00pm but we need an extra 2 to 3 hours without (OT). Especially for executive level above. The conclusion, This company is suitable for a \"work hard person types\" that need less time for family, friends, and personal life, day and night need to think about the jobs progression.

    The good thingsOverall well managed company in terms of how the new employees, new recruited being orientated, introduction of the company, work flow, people, charts, colleagues, departments. Good setup in term of office pc, emails, uniforms, access card, & other facilities & terms as promised in the employment. Acceptable rules in office / overall company, where the clean, neat, arranged company begins.
    The challengesUnexpected extended time needed, which is unnecessary, unnecessary message on mobile throughout the night - dawn ( night shift output, night shift on going updates, etc). Meeting arrangement = last minutes, without proper emails, plan, time extended for these unplanned events. Work vs life balance = not balance
