    A very challenging experience
    The good thingsBeen given the opportunity to enter another different league of Mall Management is great. The good things is definitely because of the career advancement. The Top Management empowered each staff to have a good starts in any field which will drive through everyone's dream!
    The challengesThe challenges is when there's no proper indication for each department with individual task. Another difficulty when every job task been mixed around. A proper Job Description or circular should have been determined earlier to avoid any misunderstanding between inter departments.

    The good thingsthe company provide a high standard of working environment to all staff. The top management play a good role by doing no office room as they table is an open concept whereby any staff is free to meet them without knock the door. I gain a lot of experience from my superior as he is a good teacher and better in observation.
    The challengesI suggest company provide recognition to staff who is working more than 5 years by given them a certificate. This will ensure that a minimal number in turnover. The Company also can enhance the benefit that current practise​ for medical. Suggest to included all family members for any medical treatment.
