    The good thingsLearnt many soft skills relating Microsoft office. Not only that, learnt how to communicate with the lead regarding the projects due dates.

    Excellent - I had pretty good team work among departments and mutual respect maintained.

    The good thingsThe company always provide training related to the job title of employee and encourage employee to work independently. Good starting salary for the fresh graduation employee and can gain more experience with variance type of project such as building, road work , infrastructure etc
    The challengesWorking more time with paid allowance. Sometime need to working on Sunday or Public Holiday. Work independently at site with guidance from HQ. Working with variance of site condition. i like teammates in this company with good communication and cooperation each other.
