    Overall, it is a good company, but the benefits are lesser compared to its peers in the industry. Depending on which department you work in, the workload can be challenging with limited resources and support.
    The good thingsThere are various business sectors where we can gain valuable insights, including construction, property, hospitality, retail management, and aviation.
    The challengesHandling multiple stakeholders across different divisions is quite challenging, especially when each division has its own person in charge and head.

    The good thingsThe management is good and reasonable. Working environment is good. The team is professional and friendly, the culture is harmony and no politics, definitely a great place to work.

    The good thingsCountless experiences you can get as they are always involved in mega projects. Salary paid on time with no delay.
    The challengesSome co-workers are okay, but it is hard to give them your trust. Don't ever tell about your private life as words will spread like water. Other than that, management is the worse. Always gave a last-minute task and expect us to do and stay on-site for 24 hours so there's literally no work-life balance at all. You might want to think about working here.

    Bad and Nano-manage Management.
    The good thingsthe good co-workers who are friendly and helpful like we're a family.
    The challengesBad management with poor organizational structure. Fixed the SOP but not followed. Management who NANO-manage which is mental torturing. Management who doesn't appreciate employee's effort and hard work. It's sad to see talented and good people are leaving one by one even during this difficult time (pandemic). Think twice before you click apply.

    The challenges1. I believe it depends on the boss you work with. But the communication experience that I had with my superior wasn't good. 2. Too many instructions from too many head resulting in difficulty in completing task. 3. My work never get acknowledged by the superior for silly reason. I always wrong even during my best. Help people around but the effort denied by my own superior.
