    The good thingsGreat company great benefits and great safety procedures for the safety of its employees during running any job. Proper and comprehensive procesures. Company provides comprehensive trainings on all the TRS equipments and often provides a competency exams to ensure all employees knows what they are dealing with during their job and understands the job well.
    The challengesThe prospect may well depends on the oil prices and if demands for oil is high, more job are available for its staffs. If less demand like our current oil price plunge less job and some employees may be laid off due to management needs to recover for the losses. But its still a great company to work with.

    If you wish for \"Glocal\" + International exposures, Cameron is the company you must consider
    The good thingsVery much performance oriented company with no dirty politics and so on. Flexibility of working hours is trust fully given, as long as your tasks are finish ahead or on time. In addition, you will have good opportunity to brush up your communication skills as you will be exchange correspondences and communicate with counterpart from the rests of the world. Everyone is treat equally. Good culture.
    The challengesAs a project driven company, some of the project management methodologies are too conservative and doesn't make sense. As the PMO is sitting in another part of the world, A different leading work place culture and people mindset make it is difficult to convey the improvement recommendations. Being conservation also not an awesome approach. It could result loss of business opportunity in the future
