Friendly and ChallengingThe good thingsCoworkers are all very friendly and willingly to help each other.
Work is challenging as you would need to prepare to deliver the best result in time. Company culture is good as superior will listen to suggestions and help to improve in the company level as well as each team members.
They all are really working as a TEAM instead of just talk about it.
The challengesSometimes the timeline given by clients are very tight and yet we will still need to do it. Without much of a space for discussion.
It would be better if company will encourage employees to take courses to further improve their skills.
