    The good thingsStaffs and colleagues willing to teach you if you ask. Most of them are very passive, but friendly.
    The challengesManagement... 1) lunch break time 1 hour but ended up xx minutes ? 2) about unpaid leaves (someone knows better) 3) Inform off day earlier. Text me on the day itself it's my off day when i almost arrive? amazing. 4) The company should improve the knowledge about VM. Cuz all I could see is VM = full time promoter. 5) blur explanation
