A growing company with strong teamwork and loads of learning opportunitiesThe good thingsThis is a vibrant company filled with loads of growing opportunities for its employees. This has been an amazing journey for me which moves me closer to the business and opens up a new view and different level of analysis skills are called upon.
The company values its employees as greatest assets and hence provides coaching and empowers the employees in carrying out the tasks assigned. Coupled with the right balance of fun activities, this has developed the task force who is committed to deliver results.
In a nutshell, I am grateful of the opportunities given to be growing together with the company and I treasure the experience I have/(will be) gained along the way!
The challengesThe challenge is how to ensure no one is left behind as the company continues to grow. Inclusion and sense of belongings would be more challenging when the company size increases. Having said that, with the right focus and giving rooms for ideas, it should steer into the positive direction.
