    The good thingsFood for staff is provided by the hotel. Computer and stationery are nicely provided. Colleagues are nice and helpful.
    The challengesThe challenges would be the long working hours in the hotel, some of the days could up to 8-9pm. The salary considered not very impressive.

    The good thingsJoint as a pre-opening team of the hotel, learnt the system and management team set up and growth with the company. Able to learn and understand both the management and operations of hospitality industry by hands on most of the task and project. Good exposure.
    The challengesThe system and management in a mess due to the poor leadership of the top management. High turnover in the human resources and take the efforts of employee for granted without proper appreciation. No proper job description for the employee to follow and always in a grey area for the task allocation.
