    The challengesDirector look down upon sales executives, and roles other than Veterinarian. Not much opportunities for new staff. Saturated markets and saturated workloads. Very high target, can't earn much. Eat dabing eat till full

    Poor management and no career advancement
    The good thingsWork life balanced not flexible working hours.
    The challengesThe management is not transparent in making decision. They won't give you review in working performance (appraisal) at the end of the year and just make decision whether to increase your salary or not (you will just know after your salary of January is in). Every department is woking in their own way by not communicating to each other. They don't even have HOD meeting once a year. So everyone is not understanding what other department is doing. Hopefully company can improve their management style.

    Most toxic company culture ever
    The good things- Work life balance - Free parking - good food around that area
    The challenges- Toxic working environment (people are unfriendly) - Work is beyond job scope (includes wash toilet and cleaning pantry) - Supervisor are not respectful, no profesionalism, lack of leadership skill and communication skills - Communication between each department is the worst of all. And due to this which leads to - People do not and will not recognise your work
