Work life balance working environment but low pay in salary

The good things- Work life balance - Can go back on time if don't care other colleagues comment behind

The challenges- Low pay in salary - No OT fees - No provide payslip - Don't have record regarding how many leave already taken (Have to record by your own) - Toilet didn't provide tissue paper - Don't have a manager who can provide clear instruction (Management very poor)
