    If you can bear with work till 8pm everyday (including weekend) with not much opportunity for career but just finding some job which people there is quite friendly, then just go for it
    The good thingsPeople here are quite friendly.
    The challengesOT is pushed to almost all the production line including weekend, salary is just average/lower than the market price. Old style management is in there & therefore no much opportunity for career development for long future

    Push their workes to overtime everyday include weekend. The superior also not good.
