They are also very willing to help, even though there are certain timings where they have too much work in their hands to handle. The managers are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Patience is golden and the managers are very good at being so. Be a nice person and the colleagues will definitely treat you better than what you would expect.
The challengesAs a newcomer and an intern translator, it is sometimes challenging to understand the processes at one glance. One must observe and go through the many steps of each production line. Most stresses originate from faulty end products, which can at least affect work productivity because the person in charge has to follow up on the status of product and the responding client.
