    The challengesAs an IT solutions company, the top management are lack of IT latest technologies, development knowledge & skill set. If you do not have ambitious in your IT career such as advancement in programming development skill set, you are good to work here.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Cozy working environment.
    The challengesThe management personals whom manage the IT team have poor foundation in IT knowledge. They always right and do not listen to other or better suggestion. Things get done in unprofessional way. Do not expect the management to get updated IT knowledge as they are more preferable to stick with the old things (framework, system design, tools and etc) and those are what they knew.
