    The good thingssome of colleagues are nice but mostly is arrogant and they just do their work and don't like to help each other.
    The challengesthe management tend to give pressure to worker instead of give some motivation to them to work harder.

    The good thingsWell, you get to learn how to work under pressure.
    The challenges7:45 start work, 6:00PM ends. Everything is controlled from cigarettes freedom, praying freedom, you can't talk at all. No one meets you halfway. Poor management, no communication amongst bosses, overall just not good.
