    The challengesU must ready to work as cow but the sallary not based on ur work be done..always blame staff even the order or instruction come from management..just always think about output but there never give problem solving to staff when problem held

    Lack of career growth
    The good thingsCompany almost 2 years established. Most of the equipment are new. It is a good exposure for those want to get know optical and opto-mechanical industry. Company have well-known customers such as Carl-Zeiss, Leica, Zygo and others.
    The challengesLack of experienced and knowledgeable personnel in certain department lead to uncertainty. Leaders are not aligned together in decision making, this may cause subordinate to doubt which one to follow. In term of facility, car park are limited. First come, first serve method.

    Unclear goals from superior
    The good thingsNew equipments. The company just setup less than 2 years. Most of executives are young age around 25-35.
    The challengesManager give unclear vision on certain situation. Multiples order from different superior. Don't have a proper planning and everything come to last minute planning. Limited parking. First come, first serve. Keep hiring executives even though office can't hold it anymore. Limited toilet for men. Low water pressure.

    Management lack of leadership
    The good thingsNew setup factory. New equipments and staffs. Good exposure to someone to explore optic industry especially fresh graduates.
    The challengesTop management are not align together. One will wanted this way and the other one want another way. Having two heads with different directions. Lacks of experienced staffs and its leads to uncertainty situation. Expectations way too high. Expecting engineers must know everything. Most of the times, there will changes without prior notices. Always last minute in everything.
