    The good thingsLuckily I'm works product R&D team. Team obviously friendly and we learn a new thing together . Highly need to independence for multitasking tasks.
    The challengesIt just a manufacturing company base . All the activity here is depends on production rules. Even high level technical cannot be adopt here due to most of employee here , come from sub-con company - whereby their previous mindset also still the same. Really it a blocker. No works life balance . Mostly employee will not lasting longer here especially people that coming from multinational company culture
