    My experience in The Westin KL
    The good thingsThe management is good, co-workers are very supportive, managers are professionals and overall it is a good place to learn new things.
    The challengesthe constant challenge is that you are required to work in a high pace, I'm certainly okay with that because I only go for work twice or thrice monthly but for some it will be a bit tiring if you work for a straight duration (days).

    The good thingsWell the pay wise is good. We take care each other and we work as team and we take care our associates. Retreat at overseas for Excoms. Housing provided , new hp for top management , great to work GM.

    The good thingsFor those who have just begin their career in managent level, it's a place to try. It's good for experience but if they are looking for money. This is definitely not a place for good salary. Market value is not rated accordingly and they will offer the lowest salary as a starter.
    The challengesHigher management could have been more supportive for good working environment. Challenges faced most in low manning and most of the time, backup in staffing is very slow. Cutting off the budget is not solely the answer for achieving target for the year end performance.

    The good thingsthey valued staff. they using the term associate instead of staff. they give good increment. they provide a very good and healthy food for associates. they constantly giving training to improve our knowledge not only about our job scope but even further like why we have to preserve nature. those awareness are needed nowadays.
    The challengesthey should improve on the engineering dept as there are a lot of equipment are out of order. they need to have scheduled routine maintenance to keep the equipment running and functioning at full. those things sometime make us difficult to perform our task.
