    Working here opened my mind how to manage a project and be able to see the work carried out practically.
    The good thingsI love how my boss constantly believes in me. He pushed me to endeavor on projects that I thought were way beyond my abilities for both my age and knowledge.
    The challengesI didn't have enough challenges. After a while, all the projects became repetitive. I thrive on challenges in the field of engineering in more depth.

    The good thingsGive chance to develop knowledge, skills and comprehension on works and /or works related issues. Good working atmosphere at HQ and Site Offices, Good communication between workers and managements. Easy to discuss and reaching for a solution.
    The challengesChallenges to submit to ISO requirement. Need to prepare for ISO Culture..
