    The good thingsManagement does put in effort. Shortcomings are still there, but at least they are willing to listen and engage. That said, things can still move slowly at times.

    Overall, my intern experience was good because the environment and colleagues were good but need to have transportation.
    The good thingsGood working environment. The colleagues are friendly, every time lunch with them. Interns also enjoy benefits such as 3 days of annual leave, and being able to join the festive and birthday celebrations.
    The challengesNeed to have your transportation because will be a problem if you don't have transport. There is also limited parking here and need to pay when MPSJ is coming.

Despite claims of treating employees as family, this notion is dismissed as hollow and insincere.

    The good things1. Good working environment. The staff is very friendly and willing to help me to fit well into the company. My superiors were very patient and willing to provide me guidance on accomplishing my tasks. 2. The working culture is good, offering work-life balance throughout my internship. The culture struck a balance, not overly stressful, yet not too relaxed either. 3. The employee benefits are decent as I was entitled for benefits such as adequate annual leaves and laptop allowance.

The company has generously offered me numerous learning opportunities, my superiors, including the management, have been patiently mentoring me.
