Not sure this company hiring for what position because during interview i was brief about the job tasks and I'm applying for admin position. The interviewer also not sure what to assign my job title position. The next day they contact me asking my opinion regarding the interview but I'm asking the job position offer and the details for offer letter they keep on twisting doesn't want to answer my simple question. A bit confusing and I'm ok and able to accpet if they state the job title and job description rather than twisting this and that asking whether I get any offer or not during interview session.
The good thingsMulticultural staff as i come in for interview session
The challengesN/A since i haven't start working yet

    Good career path and opportunities
The good thingsThere are great opportunities to advance in the career path. The management always puts pressure on the worker to work their best, not just for the company's sake, but also for the career growth. The job also helps me to build rapport that is sure to helps in my future endeavor. You will enjoyed meet with people with different personalities.Everyone is too busy with their task but you will still get a very major help from them.
The challengesThere are a lot to learn in a short span of time that puts pressure especially for newcomers. Putting in extra hours is common especially for those who are slow or not familiar with the system. The company could provide better training system and reduce pressure put on new employee or trainee by stop encouraging them to work extra time.

    Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsthe senior colleagues here are good and teach you a lot. you have opportunity to be assign a task and do it on yourself, and later got colleagues check your task and give you advice.
The challengesHere need to start work at 8am, a bit early for people who stay in traffic jam area like me. Also, when have many production task, will need to work overtime to help supervise completion of production task.

    Comfortable and challenging
The good thingsWE have a wise director that can plan our schedule well always.Fresh graduated like me are able to learn more.He will always describe his order clearly and will explain the reasons for making us to do this way.I truly appreciate our director and too my seniors who will always guide me.They too taught me many many things about food industry an nutrients.I felt disappointed when leaving as i really like this company, much.
The challengesOur management department is lack of man power. As example, those new supervisors and fresh graduated workers that was well educated used to be lazy. They went to some room without noticing anyone and just play with their phone there. Every time when there's an error on the machine, they cannot make clear decision and cause us to stay back late.I think the company should be wise and remove these people from our team to increase the efficiency in production.

    Acceptable
The good thingsGet to know more about the benefits and uses of traditional medicine. When i was here first, ive been greeted by our Seniors and so on.Everyone was friendly and helpful, sometimes funny. In a relaxing situation, our efficient on working will surely increase and yea,I enjoy working here with all my fellows and i will choose here once again if i have another chance.
The challengesI think that some workers should change their concept. Some of them came here and do nothing. We'll feel unfair as they are doing less work than us,but receiving more salary.I truly hope that the management will keep an eye on these situations as all of us hate this kind of people. Our IT staff should put more effort on the website building as it isnt that good as we hoped.

    positive, passionate and growth
The good thingsGreat first place to work at, plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. There are lots of areas where you can advance to laterally.I thoroughly enjoyed my four years at White Heron.Great people, really helpful if your a new employee. Training provided is in depth and ongoing training is provided in store as you develop your skill set.
The challengesWhile flexible working is encouraged and practiced within the organisation, there was a high expectation from my manager. Also,There are some unskilled employee that likes to gossip during working time. One of the another challenge was that you need to understand your co workers, new culture, work environment take times.
