positive, passionate and growthThe good thingsGreat first place to work at, plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. There are lots of areas where you can advance to laterally.I thoroughly enjoyed my four years at White Heron.Great people, really helpful if your a new employee. Training provided is in depth and ongoing training is provided in store as you develop your skill set.
The challengesWhile flexible working is encouraged and practiced within the organisation, there was a high expectation from my manager. Also,There are some unskilled employee that likes to gossip during working time. One of the another challenge was that you need to understand your co workers, new culture, work environment take times.
