    The good thingsThe employer is more encourages their employees to participate in the training with related job scope even indoor or outdoor.
    The challengesSince the employees simply focus on their own job scope even it could train people to become independent in their workplace. However, if the employees could become multifunctional at their workplace then the employer will reduce the employment cost.

    The good thingsSpecific in selected job. Good benefit package. Good platform for those beginner willing to learn but not for experienced personal.
    The challengesBonus and increase pay are depending on service period not by performance. Hard to be promoted. Working in listed company is similar to work in government department, 1 thing have to pass a few of department to approve.

    it was awesome
    The good thingsi got more knowledge about the tiles.The people working there teach me to do each and every work.So far it was good experience.I take my boss as my inspiration because of his hardwork,humble and kindness.Not only my boss so good even my co workers,staff,supervisor and his family member all.I thanked each and everyone there.
    The challengeshandling the customers especially in the weekend.How the corrected the mistake when open the bill.I also did mistake which sending the wrong tile to the customer home and had change on the spot.

    A bitter sweet 6 months industrial training
    The good thingsA lot of hands on/ technical knowledge that i have gain through out 6 month industrial training.Other than that, many new tech and tools that been used by the company that help me gaining new knowledge to handle the tools and machine. It gives you a real working experience.
    The challengesPoor management in handling industrial training student. Lack of safety for students in term of PPE and task. The training is more on hands on (technical) and less on management skills and computer skills (PLC, Programming etc..). Lastly, Tight schedule (only 1 rest day a week) and unfriendly working environment.

    I have gained a lot of industrial experiences during my internship for 3 months at here.
    The good thingsI got to learns a lot of things from my supervisor regarding environmental works such as scheduled waste management and wastewater treatment plant. Here, I got to apply the knowledge that i have learned at University Malaysia Terengganu and converted it into action throughout onsite training. Besides, I have learned on how to systematize my work and do it in accordance to its priority. I really glad that I got the opportunity to have an industrial training at White Horse Ceramic Sdn Bhd.
    The challengesThere a few challenges that I have faced during my 3 month of industrial training here. Among them is I have to adapt myself to hectic schedule of work due to non stop production. So, I need to be really strong and mentally prepared to have an industrial training at here. Plus, I need to cover environmental issues for two companies, one at Pasir Gudang and the other one at Tanjung Langsat.
