    Not bad
    The good thingsFriendly and kind co worker. We always support each other. High salary and have a lot events.
    The challengesFar from home and rude customer. Head dept always defend customer more than workers. Even tho its clear customer been rude towards workers.

    Enjoying my job!
    The good things1. Parking available inside and outside office premise. 2. Working hour from 8.30AM to 6PM (but flexible for Sales & Marketing Department), hardly work overtime. (but at times, urgent projects require extra hour) 3. Sales & Marketing Department have allocation for petrol & toll claim, car and entertainment allowance. 4. iPad provided for work purpose for Sales & Marketing Department.
    The challenges1. Those who works in Sales & Marketing need to be strong physically and mentally. Especially for ladies, its quite challenging to carry heavy tile samples (during presentation). 2. Products frequently change following market trend, might face difficulty to convince clients (typical issue within industry)

    The challengesLack of back end support. Basically do everything yourself, including taking sample, cutting sample, delivery sample. Lack of communication from department to department. Take very much longer time for action implementation and problem solving
