The challengesPoor management and toxic culture in the workplace. 80s management and benefit. There is no improvement throughout the year. Unclear communication, micromanagement, favoritism, and poor decision-making, which erode trust and morale. Lack of respect, unhealthy work-life balance, absence of recognition, and a fear-based or cutthroat atmosphere, leading to stress, burnout, and disengagement.

The challengesThe top management so terrible, grumpy, not friendly & always scold people depending his mood. Not enjoy working life if work longer here. That why cannot to maintain the manpower.

The challengesOrganization needs to work on their culture and provide respect to those employees that are an asset to their organization. The layout of the office does not provides for a individual to work free of having others over their neck.

Stubbornness of culture
The good thingsI am good to have a good superior in R&D department, others department might be a nightmare if you were in.
The challengesMost of the employee working over 5years and their mind set is too stubborn to change, not even willing to accept new challenge, only wants to remain the same as of now. If you plan to retire over there is good, but for getting better challenges , then it might not suitable for you. Widetech is too comfortable to grow. You need to have self-awareness if you were working over there.
