    The good thingsYou can learn everything (related to works) from your employer. They are willing to teach you. The work life balance here is so great. They even allocate some expenditure to sponsor staff to join running events.
    The challengesIf you are fresh graduate, you have to be more curious and passionate to learn how the work is being deliver. Because sometimes, our client expecting us to know everything (like you are an experienced worker)
