    Okay for beginner
The good thingsLess stress working environment, good place for newbie to get an experience in teaching. Don't expect more about salary, career growth, others benefit and the management. Not so good establish company but we worth valuable experience to gain here. Good collegues and team. Overall in terms of workload its enjoyable to work here, but less on benefit given.

Good places for a begginers :)
The good thingsFlexible time and we are able to finish our work as given dates.
The challengesThey give us an opportunities to be a lecturer because whenever we go to be a lecturer, at least we need one place to start our caree, then we will get that valuable experience. I learned many things here, to be a lecturer we must be an independent, creative thinking and always find a way how to helps our beloved student to be just like us. :)
