    So far, the company has treated me extremely well and up to my expectations.
    The good thingsThe work/life balance is very good. Lots of options to choose for lunch (1U is walking distance). Free refreshments inside pantry. Not to forget, salary increment & bonus is provided. Working hours is flexible, you can choose your working hours.
    The challengesAfter joining this company, nobody wants to hire you because your salary is too high above market rate.

    Poor management where cant keep good talent
    The good thingsStrategic and covenience working location
    The challengesManagement practice favourism. Alot of talk without action higher management team where lead to ineffectiveness and indecisive result. Management team all worried to take on accountability where lead lower level lost direction. No team spirit. Not a people caring company with high individual self interest.
