I have my second chance striving in my career here, thank you!
The good thingsI start my career here as independent contractor under Telesales before transferred to Operation as permanent staff. Team Leader is very helpful and gives tips when I struggle with sales but eventually HR gives me second chance and here I am as Operation Executive til today. The manager are very helpful and assist me until I can work without his supervision as I’m new in the industry and I gain a lot of new insights while working here in term of benefit, work process and teamwork.
The challengesI think what can be improve are the appraisal process, the efficiency of leave application approval, and the time gap for staff prepare for any upcoming company event.
